This opportunity is ideal for a Superintendent who thrives in complex occupied environments and can drive safety, quality, and schedule performance from start to finish.

Our client is an established general contractor with a strong track record delivering complex projects across healthcare, commercial, and institutional sectors. The organization is known for maintaining long-term client relationships, promoting from within, and executing challenging projects in active operational environments.

Description

* Lead day-to-day field operations for a healthcare renovation project.

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

* Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and safety standards.

* Manage construction activities within an active hospital environment.

* Drive successful project delivery through completion and turnover.

Profile

* Healthcare renovation experience is required.

* Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.

* Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site logistics.

* Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams.

* Effective communicator with a collaborative leadership style.

Job Offer

Annual salary ranging from USD 140.000 to 160.000.
Performance-based bonus.
