Salesforce Administrator

Job Description: We are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to join our technical team with Innovative Captive Strategies in Waukee, IA. Essential Responsibilities Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules. Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): object and field creation, page layouts and lightning pages, record types, custom settings. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide timely support. Monitor end‑user adoption and propose ideas to further drive adoption. Qualifications Must be able to be on‑site in Waukee, IA. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 0‑2 years’ Salesforce experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred. Must possess ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
