Physical Therapist (PT OP) Smyrna, Delaware (DE)
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in Smyrna, Delaware. The role will involve providing outpatient physical therapy services and completing required documentation as part of the onboarding and contract process. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift (Shift Time: Days) with 8 shift hours and a minimum of 40.0 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist license; experience in setting; completion of required credentialing and onboarding documentation as directed by the organization.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Additional Information: Modality: credentialing requirements apply, and required equipment is provided during the interview. Contract QA requirements include experience in setting.
