This company is stable and continues to experience growth, providing employees with tremendous visibility and the opportunity to develop into higher-level positions.Responsibilities:The Program Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to launch new automotive projects:Lead project planning, execution, and milestone tracking from concept through launchCoordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and SalesManage customer expectations, timing, and technical deliverablesFacilitate regular customer and internal project meetingsDrive risk management, change control, and continuous improvementSupport sample builds, production readiness, and validation activitiesEnsure project documentation aligns with internal standards and customer requirementsCollaborate with global teams and maintain customer-facing professionalismExperience:Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field3+ years of program management experience in the automotive industryExperience launching products with plastic injection mold tooling (preferred)If you are interested in learning more, please apply to this posting.
