Remote Data Entry ClerkThe Data Entry Clerk are our organizations custom and service order processing group. Processing customer orders accurately and quickly while maintaining an excellent work flow are their most important responsibility.Responsibilities:Performs all order entry functions from prioritizing incoming orders, verifying match between the content of received orders and order form, entering any order with all data and notes, creating a computer-generated production ticket, editing an order, and send to the next receiver.Performs all order entry functions from editing the order, proofreading and verifying.Become a Data Entry (Transitional Care) Coordinator at American Senior Communities, and start making a difference in the lives of seniors today!What does a Data Entry (Transitional Care) Clerk do each day at Healthcare Admin Jobs?Provides customers with facility-related information via telephonic conversations.Work closely with insurance companies in order to determine a patients benefits for their skilled stay.Process new business referrals promptly in our referral management system.Participate in ongoing communication with our facilities and clinical liaisons regarding referrals.Perform benefit verifications accurately using different insurance portalsHeld accountable for results and should display a sense of urgency when processing referrals.Supply accurate information to the best of their knowledge per the data entry expectation list.Whats in it for you?
