Tennessee Internal Medicine Associates / Tennessee Pain Associates is looking for an experienced, full-time Medical Front Office team member to join our practice in Murfreesboro.

We’re looking for someone who already knows how a medical office works and can step into the role with confidence. Previous medical front office experience is required.

What we’re looking for:
•⁠ ⁠Experience working in a medical practice
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of health insurance, copays, deductibles, eligibility and basic patient financial responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Experience scheduling patients and managing a busy front desk
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable communicating with patients by phone and in person
•⁠ ⁠Organized, dependable and able to multitask
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with computers and electronic medical records
•⁠ ⁠Kind, patient and professional — even when the front desk gets busy
•⁠ ⁠Able to work well with providers, clinical staff and billing staff

Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a major plus.

Our front office is the first and last impression patients have of our practice. We want someone who understands that being efficient is important, but being genuinely kind to patients is just as important.
