Provision & Partnership Lead - Lincolnshire

We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Provision & Partnership Lead to take the lead across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas by building partnerships with schools and ensuring our programmes reach the children who will benefit most. Why this role matters In this pivotal position, you’ll build strong, meaningful partnerships with schoolsacross Lincolnshire, while coordinating and delivering a range of impactfulprogrammes. Your work will help unlock opportunities, support families, and creatememorable experiences for children and young people who need them most. Your Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all planned provision across Lincolnshire , ensuring highquality delivery and maximum impact. Drive, grow and cultivate school partnerships and engagement across the Lincolnshire region. Oversee our new ‘Time Away as a Family’ Programme , creating exciting, meaningful experiences for families in Lincolnshire. Champion and expand our School Uniform Project within your region, ensuring families can easily access vital support. Represent LCH Charity with confidence, warmth, and professionalism in all communication and delivery. Who we’re looking for You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have experience working with children and young people and are passionate about their wellbeing. Currently or previously worked in a school / educational environment (e.g. as a teacher, TA, admin, business development etc). Are a confident communicator who can build strong relationships in all formats. Are highly organised, flexible and capable of coordinating multiple projects at once. Bring positivity, initiative and a commitment to making a real difference. Location & Working Pattern (Important) To be eligible for this role, you must be based in Lincolnshire , as you will lead ourwork directly across the county. Use of a car is also essential, as you’ll regularly betravelling to schools. This is a hybrid role , with one day per week required at our Leicester HQ , andthe remaining time spent working from home and out in schools across Lincolnshire.
