Supervise children during daily activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods to ensure their safety and engagementAssist lead teachers with classroom management and instructional activities focused on child development and learning milestonesSupport infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with age-appropriate care routines, including diapering, feeding, and hygiene practicesImplement classroom activities that promote social skills, creativity, and early learning concepts such as language development and motor skillsCommunicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and needs to foster strong relationshipsFollow all safety protocols including first aid procedures, pediatric first aid guidelines, and mandated reporting laws for child welfare concernsMaintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration while adhering to health and safety standardsSkills. . Experience working with children in daycare centers or preschool settingsKnowledge of child development instruction and early childhood education principlesAbility to manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategiesFamiliarity with first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid procedures, and emergency response protocolsStrong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaborationExperience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plusClassroom experience involving toddler care, infant care, or childcare supervision is highly valuedUnderstanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfareSkills in caregiving, babysitting, or teaching young children across diverse developmental stagesEmbark on a fulfilling career that nurtures the next generation!
