North Ridge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping patients achieve healthy smiles in a welcoming, modern practice, we'd love to meet you! Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM What You'll Do As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in providing outstanding preventive care and educating patients on lifelong oral health. Responsibilities Include Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal charting. Provide dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and polishing. Take and evaluate digital dental radiographs (X-rays). Apply preventive treatments, including fluoride and sealants. Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention. Maintain accurate patient records and medical histories. Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment planning when needed. Follow OSHA and CDC infection control and sterilization protocols. Stay current with continuing education and dental hygiene best practices. Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient. Qualifications Current State Dental Hygienist license in good standing. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
