Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid OH K-12 Intervention Specialist (IS) License
• Background in implementing IEPs and adapting curriculum for students of varying abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and colleagues
• Experience supporting K-8 students is highly regarded

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in kindergarten through 8th grade
• Modify lessons and utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet each student’s unique learning needs
• Work closely with general education teachers and related service staff to provide inclusive classroom support
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate regularly with families and the school team
• Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and continuous professional development
