We're a growing, privately owned dental practice in Castro Valley, and we've worked hard to build an office where patients receive excellent care, team members support one another, and we're always looking for ways to get better.

We're not looking for someone to simply "clean teeth."

We want a hygienist who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, collaborating with our doctors, and helping patients understand their oral health and the care they need.

You have time with your patients.

Our standard hygiene appointments are one hour. We want you to have enough time to provide excellent care, educate your patients, and actually get to know them.

You're an important part of the patient's care team.

We believe hygienists are healthcare providers. You'll play an important role in periodontal health, patient education, co-diagnosis, and communication with our doctors.

Our doctors, hygienists, assistants, and front office team work together. We have high standards, but we also support one another in reaching them.

• Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care

• Perform hygiene assessments, periodontal charting, scaling, root planing, and other procedures within your licensed scope of practice

• Educate patients about their oral health and help them understand recommended treatment

• Collaborate with our doctors through co-diagnosis and effective patient handoffs

• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow established office protocols

• Build lasting relationships with patients through excellent care and communication

• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and supportive team environment

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

• Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to follow established clinical protocols and collaborate with the team

Work Arrangement: Onsite, providing direct patient care.

Office Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM–3:30 PM

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Specific working days and hours will be discussed during the interview process.
