QA QC Analyst: Data Insights & Risk Partnerships

Citizens Bank

Citizens Bank is seeking a Collections & Recovery QC Analyst in Johnston, RI. This experienced professional will perform quality control analysis to ensure program effectiveness, focusing on data analysis and procedure ownership. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience in the financial industry and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
