Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Crew Member at Bahama Buck's in Richmond, TX. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for serving customers, preparing and serving island indulgences, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player and willingness to learn Attention to detail and cleanliness Excellent communication skills Food safety knowledge and hygiene practices Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Preferred Availability & Skills Preference for candidates who have open availability. Spanish-speaking candidates are also preferred.
