- Approximately $124,000-$135,000 total annual compensation
(Includes base salary + monthly productivity incentives + CEU reimbursement + signing bonus + student loan reimbursement) - Productivity incentives: Up to $2,500 per period

- Deliver manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
- Collaborate closely with your team to optimize patient results
- Build strong relationships with patients and the community
- Document efficiently through our AI-supported EMR
- Uphold all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current New Mexico PT license (or eligibility)
- Dry Needling certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
- Orthopedic & sports physical therapy
- Manual therapy & functional rehabilitation
- Pre- and post-operative care
- Chronic and acute injury management
- Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs
