Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and current California PT licensure.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting within the Physical Rehabilitation unit
• Shift schedule of 4x10's, 06:00-16:30
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current California Physical Therapy license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required upon hire and must be maintained
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Previous acute care hospital experience preferred
• DCI/BVP certification for Workplace Violence Prevention required

Additional Information

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders
• Performs duties in accordance with hospital policy and state/federal regulatory and accrediting requirements
