This role involves working in a busy surgical unit with a focus on orthopedics, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, and trauma procedures. Candidates are required to bring their licensure to the first day of the assignment. Job Details: Location: Plano, Texas Start Date: June 29, 2026 Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Current nursing license; no specified years of experience or education requirements listed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Orthopedics, Neuro / Spine, Robotics, Plastics, or Trauma; ability to work rotating shifts including call. Shift Details: W-F 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with call options for 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Monday through Thursday or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Sunday night. Additional Information: Unit has 23 beds with over 85 staff members, including charge nurses, nurse managers, transport staff, RNs, CSTs, and OR assistants. Typical procedures include neuro/spine, orthopedic trauma, total joint, robotics in various specialties, plastics, and trauma level 1. Call is required; weekends and 24/7 staffing are standard.
