Order Entry Specialist

Are you detail-oriented and comfortable working with computers? We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team in an office-based role supporting our manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys data entry, reviewing information for accuracy, maintaining records, and helping ensure production orders are processed correctly.

Order Entry Specialist Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm in-office
Pay Rate: $16 - $17 p/hour depending on experience

Order Entry Specialist Job Description:

• Review customer orders and verify information for accuracy.
• Enter and maintain production data in company software systems.
• Create and update computerized production layouts and records.
• Ensure order specifications and measurements are correct.
• Complete production documentation and reporting.
• Print and distribute paperwork for the manufacturing team.
• Maintain organized electronic records and files.
• Communicate with production and office staff regarding order details.

Order Entry Specialist Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent


Previous Office/Data Entry Experience

Ability to read, write, and speak English
