The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be flexible, hard working and have live-in nanny experience. This family has shared custody of their two children and when you are working you will live-in, and you will live-out when you are not working. The candidate should be fun, caring and engaging with kids. Someone who has play games, plan exciting outings and keep the children on schedule. Their perfect candidate should know how to read the room and understand when to step in and out as needed. What Works Best for Family: This family is looking for someone who is flexible and understands the split schedule. They split custody with a 5-2 schedule, the candidate would only be requested to work on days that they have the children. Rotating schedule as followed: 5 days on, 2 days off followed by 2 days on and 5 days off. The client needs assistance with picking the children up from their moms house and bringing them back home. Waking the children up in the morning, feeding them breakfast and taking them to school. While the kids are in school responsibilities include children’s laundry, cleaning their rooms, grocery shopping, and preparing dinner. In the afternoon, the candidate will pick the children up from school, assist with homework, ensure the children take their medication, do dinner and bedtime routine and put them to bed.
