Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer - Verity Solutions based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to build scalable, data-driven software supporting modern pharmacy supply chain technology. You will design and deliver solutions spanning reporting, workflow automation, analytics, optimization, and predictive capabilities. The position combines hands-on engineering with technical design and architectural decision-making for distributed systems. You will collaborate closely with product, business, QA, and operations teams to turn complex requirements into practical solutions. The role provides significant ownership over delivery, engineering quality, system reliability, and platform evolution. It is well suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and working with modern cloud technologies. You will also contribute to engineering excellence through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and adoption of emerging development practices. Accountabilities: - Design, build, and continuously evolve scalable full-stack software supporting reporting, workflow automation, analytics, optimization, and predictive capabilities. - Lead technical design activities and contribute to architecture decisions for distributed, data-intensive systems. - Translate complex product and business requirements into clear, scalable, and effective technical solutions. - Own delivery outcomes by estimating work, sequencing initiatives, identifying risks, and driving projects through completion. - Develop enterprise-grade backend services using modern programming languages and object-oriented development practices. - Apply AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve code quality, developer productivity, and system performance. - Collaborate with engineering, QA, operations, product, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable production-ready solutions. - Design and support secure, resilient cloud-native deployments with appropriate monitoring and observability.

- Identify and implement performance improvements across applications, services, and data-intensive workflows. - Continuously improve engineering standards, development processes, architectural patterns, and platform maturity. - Participate in design reviews and code reviews to maintain high technical and quality standards. - Mentor and support other engineers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving. - Stay informed about emerging software technologies, development practices, and industry trends. - Evaluate and introduce new technologies and approaches where they provide meaningful value. - Protect sensitive and proprietary information while ensuring software solutions support applicable compliance requirements, including HIPAA. - Contribute to the development of reliable systems capable of operating at enterprise scale with strong availability and fault tolerance. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade software applications and distributed systems. - Strong backend software development experience using object-oriented or modern programming languages, with Golang strongly preferred. - Proven experience designing systems for scalability, reliability, resilience, and fault tolerance. - Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and platforms, particularly AWS. - Experience developing and maintaining modern CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices. - Strong understanding of version control and modern software development workflows. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to evolving requirements. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
