Located in Newark, OH Salary: $18 to $20 /Hour + Commissions Recruiting & Client Engagement Specialist Location: Newark, OH Pay: $20-$22/hr + monthly commission bonuses Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Type: Full‑Time We're looking for a people‑focused, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving results. This role blends recruiting, client communication, and sales , making it ideal for someone who is organized, self‑driven, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment. What You'll Do- Recruit, screen, and interview applicants
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs
- Make outbound calls to applicants and local businesses
- Follow up consistently and help close new business opportunities
- Support applicants through the hiring process with clear communication
- Manage a busy office environment and stay organized during peak activity
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship‑building ability
- Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through
- Self‑driven, organized, and proactive
- Resilience - able to handle rejection and keep moving
- Confidence speaking with decision‑makers
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced office
- B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required
