Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient and family support and nursing care within the full scope of RN practice
• Participate in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of patient care programs and services
• Perform observation, data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs
• Develop and maintain individualized, ongoing plans of care for assigned patients
• Collaborate as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
• Ability to assess and address patients' holistic care needs across physical, psychological, and emotional dimensions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within an interdisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care or inpatient Medical Surgical unit
• Demonstrated ability to manage individualized care planning and patient education
