CRNA Job Requirements

• Active Texas CRNA license
• Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience in general surgery anesthesia care
• Comfort working in a medically directed anesthesia setting
• Ability to provide accurate documentation in Epic
• Willingness to review and report malpractice history during the application process

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for bread-and-butter general surgery cases
• Perform preoperative assessments and prepare patients for anesthesia
• Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care throughout the surgical procedure
• Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team to support smooth daily workflow
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (Epic)
• Maintain a patient-centered focus with attention to safety, communication, and efficiency
• Support a reliable weekday schedule with no call and no weekend commitment
