Essential functions include providing tours, building relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in training. Required education includes a four-year degree or equivalent, with a preference for a college degree and experience in outside sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. This role may require up to 10 percent out-of-area and overnight travel.
