Quality Assurance Manager

Title Sr. Practice Director, Recruiting Services, LION at Movement Search & Delivery Quality Manager Compensation Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr. Additional compensation: Annual Bonus. Location Saginaw, MI – Greater Saginaw-Midland-Bay City Area Responsibilities Manage and direct the daily activities of the Quality Department; study, recommend for approval, and implement Quality policies, procedures and required documentation. Coordinate ISO 9001, maintain registration and execute all job responsibilities in accordance with ISO 9001. Oversee the preparation of FMEA, control plans and instruction sheets. Ensure staff is trained and knowledgeable in the areas of quality policies, procedures, safety, environmental standards and continuous improvement. Issue debits for vendor quality concerns and issues through the Quality Department; sign off on customer debits and quality invoices. Maintain and report out monthly to Executive Management on Quality Metrics. Monitor external customer quality issues and corrective action. Target Qualifications 5+ years experience in Quality Engineering. Experience in a manufacturing environment with highly engineered components.
