What You'll Be Doing

• Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum aerospace components.

• Work closely with engineers to build and test thermal products.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

• Inspect finished welds and verify quality using measuring tools and inspection equipment.

• Support additional manufacturing operations including assembly, fabrication, and testing activities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven TIG welding experience.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

• Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional TIG welding training, certification, or equivalent experience.

• Previous AWS welding qualifications or certifications.

• Experience with fabrication, brazing, machining, assembly, or product testing.

• Knowledge of basic electrical systems and manufacturing processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
