Job Description Job Description Program Overview: Youth Therapeutic Respite Program (YTRP) provides a safe and welcoming environment for youth and families experiencing a crisis that may be remedied through professional guidance and support. Offering short-term 24-hour respite, for up to 30 days, the program serves children and adolescents between the ages of 5-17 and their families. Participants receive wraparound care including innovative therapies, care coordination, family partner services, case management, psychiatric evaluation, medication management and more. Critical Impact: This position provides the important role of intensive case management and skills training to children ages 5-17 and their families who are receiving services in the Youth Therapeutic Respite Program. This position provides skilling training to youth in individual and group settings. This professional is a key member in the assessment and collaboration with individuals served and their parent/LAR to develop recovery plans. Additionally, the Wraparound Facilitator is a part of and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and contractors on to maintaining Youth Therapeutic Respite Program’s essential operations, including during emergencies and disasters. The Wraparound Facilitator must possess an aptitude for working both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: Engages in de-escalation and crisis intervention with empathy Provide person-centered services in alignment with the Center’s mission and values Builds relationships with colleagues, collaborating across programs, seeking and offering input towards shared goals and objectives Provide individual and group services within the residential program and their families Complete all required unit and agency training, maintaining awareness of best practices and program policy and procedure Location: Youth Therapeutic Respite Program – Round Rock, TX Hourly Salary Range: $24.76 – $33.01 Differential Detail: Up to $2.00/hour – previous experience in a similar role Up to $4/hour – Tenure with BTCS

• 2-$4/hour – Evening, Weekend, Overnight Shift Differential
• 1.00/hour – Associate Licensure or Advanced Licensure
• 0.75/hour – Bilingual
• 0.50/hour – LCDC Licensure
• 1.00/hour – WILCO Crisis

City: Round Rock, TX County: Williamson County Credentials Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a social, behavioral, or human service field. Knowledge of mental illness as defined in the DSM-V; services to promote wellness and recovery to individuals with mental illness is required. Ability to contribute as a leader and facilitator on teams which include parents, caregivers, and other professional staff. Well-developed interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, time management/organization skills, and basic computer skills. Ability to independently conduct discussions and formulate recommendations which commit the agency financially. Ability to work sensitively with families from a variety of cultural orientations. Ability to perform under minimal supervision with considerable initiative, discretion, independent thought, judgment and self-motivation in matters of significance to families as well as the agency. Must have valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in providing wellness and recovery support services in mental health, substance abuse and/or crisis intervention and screening.
