Urgently Hiring Client Services Representative (CSR)Mount Laurel Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly organized Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first friendly face, and often the first voice, our clients encounter, this role helps set the tone for every visit. This role serves as a key communication hub between clients, doctors, and hospital departments while helping ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.A day at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital starts before you even walk through the doors. As you drive onto our beautiful working farm campus, you are greeted by some of the animals that make our hospital such a unique place to work including longhorns, emus, goats, pigs, and geese are all part of the experience. It is not your average trip into work, and that is just the beginning. Forgot your coffee or breakfast on the way in? No problem. Our team enjoys access to a fully stocked breakfast bar along with free snacks available on site for staff, helping you start the day fueled and ready.Once your shift begins, you will step into a fast-paced, team-centered hospital environment where your role truly matters. A typical day may include welcoming clients and patients, answering phones, coordinating appointments, managing check-ins and check-outs, helping with financial discussions, handling documentation, and keeping communication flowing smoothly between clients and medical teams.
