We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Repair/Maintenance Coordinator to support a Preventative Maintenance team and help keep rental fleet operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes moving, documentation accurate, and service activity organized.

As the Repair/Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting work order activity, technician time entry, service tracking, inspections, invoicing, and administrative coordination for the maintenance department. This position requires strong follow-through, accuracy, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support the Preventative Maintenance team by:

• Opening, closing, and invoicing work orders
• Entering and reviewing technician time
• Researching and verifying service intervals, machine hours, and equipment locations
• Processing outside purchases related to preventative maintenance work
• Maintaining tracking for truck inspections, 90-day BIT inspections, and certifications
• Helping maintain organized records, accurate documentation, and smooth workflow for the department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• One to three years of related administrative, service coordination, fleet, maintenance, or operations support experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
