ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for a travel assignment supporting students throughout the 2026–2027 school year in Americus, Georgia. Position's Details

* Assignment Type: Travel Contract
* Schedule: Full-Time
* School Year: 2026–2027
* Start Date: August 2026
* Duration: Full 2026–2027 School Year

Responsibilities

* Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
* Interpret assessment results and prepare comprehensive written reports.
* Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
* Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to develop effective intervention strategies.
* Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health concerns.
* Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral support planning as needed.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.

Pay:

Your hourly pay rate depends on your valid experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

* Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
* Active Georgia School Psychologist certification/licensure or ability to obtain before start.
* 2 years of previous school-based experience preferred, but also open to new grads with valid licensure.
* Strong assessment, report-writing, and consultation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational team.
