Our client supports people who've been hurt through no fault of their own: car wrecks, truck accidents, slip and falls, wrongful deaths. To keep doing that work at the highest level, they need a sharp, dependable Paralegal who's ready to dig in.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly alongside our attorneys to move cases forward efficiently and professionally. This is a hands-on role; no two days look exactly alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and filing legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Organizing and maintaining case files from intake through resolution
• Gathering and summarizing medical records, police reports, and other case evidence
• Communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Assisting attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and trial
• Conducting legal research and summarizing findings clearly and accurately
• Tracking deadlines, statutes of limitations, and case milestones
• Supporting the team with document management and administrative tasks as needed

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, or equivalent certification or meaningful hands-on experience in a legal setting
• Strong writing and communication skills
• The ability to manage a busy caseload without dropping the ball
• A calm, professional presence when dealing with clients who are going through a tough time
• Comfort with legal research tools, Microsoft Office, and case management software
• A team-first attitude; we win together here
