As an Ergonomist, you will play a key role in assessing, designing, and implementing ergonomic solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise will contribute to improving workplace conditions, preventing injuries, and enhancing overall employee satisfaction and productivity.ResponsibilitiesConduct ergonomic assessments of workspaces, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and risk factors.Analyze data and gather information to develop comprehensive ergonomic recommendations and solutions.Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to integrate ergonomic principles into workplace design and layout.Provide ergonomic training and education to employees and management on proper techniques, posture, and equipment usage.Evaluate the effectiveness of ergonomic interventions through follow-up assessments and adjustments as needed.Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in ergonomics to continually enhance services and offerings.Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to clients and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.Contribute to the development of ergonomic tools, resources, and guidelines to support ongoing initiatives.Manage and book all personal travel arrangements and logistics related to assigned ergonomic projects.
