Ensure disciplined delivery of engineering initiatives through leadership, collaboration, and communication.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSafety, Culture & Leadership Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Provide opportunities for team growth and development.Delivery & Execution Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of engineering commitments.Translate strategies into actionable engineering plans.Establish execution rhythms, track milestones, and manage risks.Allocate resources to support operational and business priorities.Engineering Operations & Continuous Improvement Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.Establish standards for equipment installation and maintenance.Develop capacity plans and plant layouts for growth.Oversee the Engineering Change System.Collaboration & Communication Partner with various functions to ensure alignment and execution.Represent Engineering in meetings to support business objectives.Communicate priorities, plans, and risks clearly to stakeholders.Supervisory Responsibilities Lead and manage Engineering resources.Recruit, onboard, and retain engineering talent.Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions.Qualifications / Experience / EducationComply with employee handbook and policies.Complete pre-employment screening.Preferred experience with Plex, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and AutoCAD.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience or 10+ years of related experience.Preferred experience in metal forming, machining, and automation.Proven technical team leadership and management experience.
