Summary: Our award-winning client is seeking an HR Business Partner Workforce Planning to join their team. As an HR Business Partner Workforce Planning, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and ensuring optimal talent utilization. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand business needs and develop effective HR plans.
- Value-Added Services: Deliver high-quality HR services that drive positive changes and customer satisfaction.
- Workforce Planning: Translate business challenges into HR plans, optimize workforce utilization, and allocate resources to support operational needs.
- Talent Acquisition and Staffing: Oversee talent acquisition, staffing, and personnel services for new business launches, ensuring timely provision of talent.
- Talent Capability Gap Analysis: Identify and address organizational talent capability gaps through strategic solutions.
- Future Talent Needs Analysis: Analyze business strategies and trends to identify future talent needs and develop a talent mix strategy.
- Workforce Planning Process: Implement and update an end-to-end workforce planning process, including design, planning, and deployment.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage data, trends, and analytics to assess talent gaps, forecast resource needs, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Solution Design: Validate findings and design solutions with stakeholders to enhance workforce planning.
- KPI Analysis: Manage analysis of operational performance through KPIs.
- People Needs Planning: Collaborate with business partners to plan and forecast annual people needs and control costs.
- Forecast Improvement: Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to improve forecasting processes.
- Performance and Engagement: Promote performance and employee engagement, fostering a strong culture of development and recognition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build partnerships across HR functions to enhance service delivery and align with business values.
- HRBP Role: Perform the HRBP role according to the HR Service Delivery Model.
- Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor less experienced HR professionals and collaborate with the site HR team to improve HR site performance.
- Exemplify Corporate Values: Demonstrate and uphold corporate values.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years in HR (manufacturing required, automotive preferred), experience in a senior or lead HR role (large plant or global role), experience as an HR Generalist and Strategic Advisor, experience in workforce planning and staffing processes, experience leading large-scale projects, excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills, strong analytical and data visualization skills (advanced Excel), proficient in PowerPoint.
- Business sense, active listening, leadership, strategic thinking, consulting skills.
- Fluent in English.
