This role focuses on managing a book of business, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth handling of personal and small commercial insurance accounts. Compensation Package Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities Manage and service a book of personal lines and small commercial insurance accounts. Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, walk-ins, and other client interactions. Handle quoting for new and renewal business. Assist with general day-to-day operations, including policy changes, claims assistance, and account reviews. Collaborate with top carriers such as AAA, Travelers, Westfield, West Bend, Selective, Safeco, and Progressive. Utilize Eclipse software for account management and operations. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to both personal lines and small commercial accounts preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Eclipse software or similar platforms is highly desirable. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
