Civil Project Engineer

Civil Project Engineer – Land Development Join a collaborative and growth-focused team where you’ll lead impactful land development projects and build lasting client relationships. What You’ll Do Lead site civil and land development design projects from concept through construction. Prepare and oversee grading, drainage, utility, and site design plans using Civil 3D. Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication. Support business development efforts and mentor junior engineers. What We’re Looking For Strong experience in site civil/land development engineering. Proficiency in Civil 3D and construction document production. Proven project management and client-facing experience. Public-sector project experience is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills.
