No certifications or previous caregiving experience are required. Current opportunities are available in: Excelsior, Maple Grove, Rogers, Brooklyn Park, Medina, Minnetrista, Mound, St. Bonifacius, Osseo, Independence, Brooklyn Park, and surrounding communities. Typical Responsibilities Providing companionship and conversation Preparing light meals and snacks Light housekeeping and household organization Running errands and grocery shopping Transportation to appointments and activities Medication reminders Supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia Qualifications Genuine compassion and respect for older adults Dependable and trustworthy Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive, friendly attitude Patience, maturity, and professionalism Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance Ability to comply with Minnesota state requirements Preferred but Not Required Previous experience helping seniors, family members, or individuals needing support Weekend availability Join Our Team If you're looking for flexible part-time work that allows you to make a real difference in your community while building meaningful relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
