Level III and Newborn Nursery - Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - South Florida - 12-hour Shifts Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Wellington Regional Medical Center . Your Role at a Glance NICU Schedule : 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends Newborn Nursery Schedule : 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week Staffing Model : 4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage 2.3 mid-level providers covering NICU during the day 1.5 mid-level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hours Responsibilities ; Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery Attend high-risk deliveries Oversee daily responsibilities in the nursery Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care Ask us about potential tuition reimbursement assistance.
