It involves leading the store team through hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching to maintain operational standards. The role requires oversight of sales, inventory, marketing, loss prevention, and labor controls to drive store success. Success is measured by meeting sales goals, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving key performance indicators. The work impacts the organization by fostering customer satisfaction and supporting employee development within the retail environment. Job Responsibilities: Lead hiring, training, and scheduling to build a capable retail team and maintain labor controls Manage store operations including sales tracking, inventory control, marketing, and loss prevention Coach and develop employees through feedback and training to enhance customer interactions and performance Address customer issues to improve experience and align with brand expectations Monitor store environment to ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Preferred) 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication (Required) Microsoft Office (Required) Store Management (Required) Store Operations (Required) Customer Service (Required) At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Total Target Cash Pay Range: $66,900 - $120,600, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $50,175 - $90,450 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
