Our Residential Construction Superintendent will oversee all projects, in house employees, and trade partners, managing a wide variety of complex remodel projects and custom home building. This role requires frequent on-site visits several times per week and high-level client interaction through regular meetings. The superintendent ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily onsite construction activities and teams
- Supervise quality control and ensure adherence to blueprints
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Coordinate construction schedules and allocate resources efficiently
- Oversee subcontractor performance and manage client communications
- Monitor project budgets and resolve issues promptly
- Document project progress and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in residential construction management
- Expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and project scheduling
- Proven ability to manage budgets and enforce safety regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in quality assurance and team coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
