Director of Product Development

To drive product development and implementation, the full-time remote Director of Product Development will ensure products are market-ready and operationally executable, overseeing cross-functional alignment and establishing rigorous product development lifecycle practices. Key responsibilities Ensure all products are fully defined, packaged, and market-ready, including sales readiness and success metrics Align cross-functional teams on processes and workflows to ensure products can be implemented and serviced at scale Design and implement standardized product development lifecycle processes, driving accountability and improving speed to market Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience, including 4 years in a managerial role 4 years of relevant product management and solutioning experience Strong sales and client/customer support and retention experience Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
