Flat Irons Flex Care - Caregiver Location: Longmont, Colorado Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Available Schedule: Flexible Hours Position Overview We are seeking caring, dependable Caregivers to support clients in Longmont, Colorado. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling. No prior experience is required — we welcome candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn. Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible hours based on client needs Key Responsibilities Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, tidying living spaces) Prepare meals for clients Run errands for clients (grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, appointments) Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities Assist with personal care tasks, including standby assistance for bathing, grooming, and hair care Monitor and report any changes in client health, mood, or well-being Requirements No prior caregiving experience required Reliable transportation to and from work Punctual and dependable attendance Reliable personal vehicle preferred, but not required, for client errands Compassionate, patient demeanor and strong communication skills Ability to follow individualized client care plans Background check required What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities On-the-job training and support #J-18808-Ljbffr Flat Irons Flex Care
