Job Title: CDL Driver Roll-Off

Position Type: Full time, 1st shift Monday Friday, hours will vary between 40-50 per week, paid weekly.

Location: Cleves, OH (on-site) Must be local

Reports to: Fleet Dispatcher

We are looking for a Class A or B CDL Driver with roll-off experience to join our growing team. Job Summary:

At SES a CDL driver plays a crucial role in keeping the jobsites moving. This position requires a skilled individual who can operate various tractor/trailer combinations safely, has a working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations regarding heavy trucks, and can operate trucks safely on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull flatbed trailers and safely load/tie/down/transport various jobsite materials such as trench boxes, fencing, pipe, lumber, etc.
• Operate and pull RGN trailer to load, tie down, transport, unload heavy equipment
• Properly chain down equipment for transport
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections on heavy trucks

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating heavy trucks and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Safely haul, tarp, and dump dirt and debris from straight truck.
• Safely, rack, tarp, , haul and dump debris and concrete from roll-off truck.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on communication and collaboration.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in utility systems operations is preferred.
• At least 3 years experience as a CDL driver.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to DOT, OSHA, EPA, or other relevant agencies.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Class A or B driving experience: 3 years (Required)
