What You'll Do Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns in retail environments. Engage with customers to promote products, services, and current promotions. Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and product knowledge. Generate new customer accounts while helping clients achieve their marketing goals. Assist with in-store promotional events and brand awareness initiatives. Work closely with teammates and leadership to execute successful marketing campaigns. Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, communication, customer acquisition, and leadership development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No prior marketing or sales experience necessary—we provide paid training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities. Typical earnings range from approximately $3,000–$6,000 per month , based on individual performance and commission results.
