At City Cave Southlake, we believe wellness should be accessible, relaxing, and life-changing. We offer Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage Therapy in a luxury spa environment focused on helping our guests recover, recharge, and feel amazing.

We’re looking for a positive, energetic Guest Experience Associate who enjoys connecting with people and delivering exceptional hospitality. This is much more than a front desk position, you’ll guide guests through their wellness journey while helping them discover services that fit their needs.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
• Explain our wellness services and help guests choose the best experience
• Conduct spa tours and educate first-time guests
• Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally
• Schedule appointments using our booking software
• Recommend memberships, packages, and retail products
• Prepare float suites and sauna rooms between guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the spa
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow up with guests after their visit
• Work as part of a supportive, positive team

Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, fitness, spas, hotels, or customer service is preferred but not required.
