Summary
The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves in-store and digital clients while sharing authoritative knowledge of fashion and trends.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer-centric service and demonstrate styling and brand knowledge.
- Use selling tools, digital technology, social media, and omnichannel inventory to serve clients.
- Achieve sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate to create a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Technology experience, including selling to clients using digital tools.
- Styling, fashion, fashion retail, and commission sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a flexible work schedule.
