What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans based on data
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment
Use the nursing process to prioritize and manage multiple urgent cases
Educate patients and families about treatment plans, procedures, and preventive care
Utilize critical thinking to adapt to rapidly changing clinical situations
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

What You Need:

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills

Preferred:

Certification in clinical specialty areas
Proficiency with hospital information systems and software
