RN - Tele Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 0700 - 1930 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Stroke Certification, CPI, Advanced Dysrhythmia Interpretation EKG Test Must-Have: Strong knowledge of telemetry nursing practices Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent communication skills Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Description:This position requires an experienced telemetry RN to provide high-quality patient care.You will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and telemetry readings.You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.You will implement and evaluate individual patient care plans.You will provide education to patients and their families about health management.You will adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.You will maintain accurate and detailed patient records.You will ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.You will participate in ongoing education and training programs as required.Professionalism and ethical behavior are expected at all times.You must demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care.This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations.You will perform other duties as assigned by the management. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
