Physical Therapist Location: Lakewood, WA Role Overview Provide outpatient physical therapy to assess, develop treatment plans, and improve patients' mobility, strength, and independence. Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and adjust treatments accordingly. Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy WA Physical Therapist PT license Current BLS/CPR Certification Key Responsibilities Assess patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans Administer therapy to enhance mobility and functional independence Coordinate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed Implement interventions across various settings Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care Additional Details Pay range: $2,078 - $2,143 per week Work onsite in outpatient setting Shift: Days, up to 40 hours/week #J-18808-Ljbffr
