Facility:
This well-established health system operates a dynamic ambulatory surgery center that handles a wide range of surgical cases including total hips and knees, plastic surgery, sports medicine, orthopedics, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery. The ambulatory division includes over 40 CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians, providing a collaborative, high-quality, and fast-paced care environment.


Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia


Job Details:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia, including general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care, in collaboration with surgeons and healthcare providers
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate documentation according to hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Administer anesthesia to all ages and ASA classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics
• Provide airway management services as needed
• Travel to other ambulatory sites occasionally when necessary
• Board Certified CRNA required - no exemptions
• Active Michigan RN License required at time of presentation - no exceptions
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years CRNA work experience required (not including RN or training)
• Clean malpractice and license history required - no exemptions
• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) required at presentation
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa candidates
• No on-call or weekend responsibilities
