Job Title: Rockmart Hourly Maintenance Electrician Requisition Number: ROCKM001309 Job Category: Maintenance Location: Rockmart, GA 30153, USA Pay: Based on Experience Benefits Monday - Friday & Saturday when required Weekly Pay 401K offered after 6 months Insurance offered after 60 days Holiday Pay Nurse on premises 5 days a week Nurse Practitioner on premises 1 day a week Referral Bonuses Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical apparatus and components of industrial machinery and equipment Troubleshoot power supply wiring and conduit for machines and equipment Diagnose and replace damaged or broken wires, cables, and malfunctioning electrical apparatus Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components of machinery and position‑sensing devices, including finding suitable replacements Assist in other departmental areas as needed Physical Requirements Extensive mobility and excellent physical condition; ability to lift 75 lbs Ability to operate all necessary hand tools Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, etc. to reach items in need of repair Ability to drive forklift, yard truck, and other equipment Tolerance to extreme weather conditions, such as very hot or very cold temperatures Skills & Knowledge Communication skills (listening, feedback, presentation) Team‑building and the ability to work through others to accomplish tasks In‑depth knowledge of facility operations, people, products, and equipment Knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements and guidelines necessary to operating a raw processing facility Financial analytical skills to estimate costs, perform cost‑benefit analyses, and investigate reports Computer skills: blueprints, drawings, layouts, spreadsheets, and presentations Ability to read and decipher Imperial and European schematic diagrams and architectural blueprints Solid understanding of Allen Bradley PLC & HMI operations and communication protocols Ability to understand PLC logic In‑depth knowledge of VFDs including Siemens and Allen Bradley Reliability to show up on time and to be on call when necessary Core Competencies Integrity Simplicity Discipline Teamwork Servant Leadership Job Specific Competencies Detail‑oriented Result‑driven Mentor Highly organized Problem solver Equal Opportunity Employer.
